Yes, our co-workers and office users benefit from 10% discount on meeting room hire as well as free access to our Zoom Rooms. Tenants wishing to use a meeting room should contact the concierge team at concierge@winslade.lunadev.co.uk

Can I book last minute meeting room hire in Exeter?

Yes, subject to availability we can arrange meeting room hire with minimal advanced warning. However, we advise booking ahead to avoid disappointment.

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure a meeting room at Winslade Park?

Payment in full is required to book the The Exe or The Clyst. A 30% deposit is required on all Winslade Manor, Forge and Snug events.

What is Winslade Park’s meeting room cancellation policy?

You can cancel your meeting room booking for a full refund with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. This policy is applicable for The Exe and The Clyst, and all cancellation outside of this period will be chargeable. Please contact the Winslade Manor team for information regarding cancellation policies on their events spaces.

Meeting Rooms for Hire at Winslade Park

There are currently three meeting rooms available for hire at Winslade Park. The Clyst and The Exe can individually host up to 12 people at a boardroom table with additional seating for 4 people at the sides. These rooms can be opened up to create a larger space for greater numbers. The rooms are set up in boardroom format as standard, but other configurations are available upon prior request. Our Sales Suite can be booked for smaller meetings of up to 6 people.

Meeting Room Prices

Meeting room hire is available from 09:00 until 17:00 as standard, with alternative times possible on request. Detailed prices are shown during the booking process with indicative rates as follows:

Exe and Clyst Meeting Rooms

£75 (incl VAT) per hour
£220 (incl VAT) per half day (4 hours)
£300 (incl VAT) per full day (8 hours)

Sales Suite Meeting Room

£55 (incl VAT) per hour
£165 (incl VAT) per half day (4 hours)

Catering

Winslade Manor Restaurant and Bar provide catering for longer meetings, which can be booked at the same time as your meeting room. If your catering requirements change after you’ve made a booking our Concierge team can amend your booking up to 24 hours in advance. The catering menu is available for review here.

If you would like prices for The Snug, or The Forge event space, please get in touch. Rates for these rooms are bespoke and tailored to your unique requirements.

Meeting Rooms - Terms

On arrival, please park in the purple car park and proceed to the Winslade Manor reception. Here we will register your vehicle and provide you with your door access card.

Our meeting rooms are on the ground floor of Winslade House; turn left just past reception and the meeting rooms are on the right hand side of that corridor.

If you have booked a drinks or catering package this should be available on arrival, or at the time you requested during booking. Other catering options will be provided at the time requested, but if you have any concerns about this please contact our concierge or get in touch with the Winslade Manor events team.

If your catering requirements change our concierge team can amend your booking up to 24 hours in advance.

While you’re at Winslade Park you can also treat yourself to delicious freshly made food from The Forge food hall or the Winslade Manor Restaurant & Bar.

Please vacate your meeting room by the end of your booking slot and return your access card (if provided) to reception.
